At Hansen Technologies we provide a robust data backup strategy to essentially protect your mission critical business data.
A virtual snap-shot is performed on all active virtual machines on a daily occurrence then taken to daily tape for rotation and secure off-site facility. Backup tape rotation are tailed in occurrence with the client’s requirements but generally as a minimum; 7 days (daily), 30 days (weekly) and 12 months (monthly) is maintained. In some cases additional 3rd party suppliers may be used for off-site storage of tapes.
As a recovery solution this can offer fast restore of virtual machines, and works for all Windows or Linux virtual machines. All restore and recovery is backed by our fixed Backup SLA’s.
Dedicated customisable backup solutions can be provided for those customers requiring file level backup / restore solutions.
